I looked up places in the city Im currently in (not where I live) and found one that was recommended by people on reddit and their website was good, explaining their procedure. It was a full service "Massage" place. I went in, spoke to the women at the counter, she asked what I wanted. I said I had never been to a place like that before and was nervous. Told me to relax and take a seat, so I did. Four girls then came out, one by one, said hello and a quick hand shake. I chose the last one, a slim blonde woman. I then went down to a room with her and had a quick chat about cost. I went for half an hour, which was $190 aud. She said I had to have a quick shower, which was in the corner of the room. She left, I had a shower, she came back and then things started. Basically she stripped, then got on top. Positions changed a few times. I don't know how long it lasted exactly, but it seemed long enough for me to not feel bad about it. She then gave me a massage for a short time until the half hour was up. I then had another quick shower, got dressed and left. Summary, wow its warm and feels pretty good. Protection was worn, so that would have reduced things a bit. Im kind of busy right now, doing stuff in the city where I am right now.
