Bernie is about the working class and getting wages up for workers. He's doing it by taxing asset class NEETs that get free money instead of working for it. Sticking money you inherited or stole from workers into stocks and real estate while underperforming the market isn't a job.

Unfortunately the guy is past his prime. Unless his vice president were another heavily popular candidate like Warren, I think there's just too big a risk of electing him at this point.

This is not the dynamic I have seen. To the extent those arguments have been made against Sanders, they have come from liberals, not the far left.

It is nearly impossible to have acquired billions of dollars from honest hard work. It usually involves inheritance and corrupt broken wealth redistribution systems that take money from workers and put it into NEET asset class pockets. Bernie isn't focusing on the guy that busted his ass to 100k a year from his job and wise sports memorabilia investments.

People who oppose Bernie either don't believe he can get any of his plans done or they they wouldn't work.

Then of course, there is the whole boot licker crowd that get worried about what will happen if we quit obeying the elite..

Change is unlikely to ever happen though, too many people are afraid of anything that rocks the boat in fear of losing their job.

That's why people always assume that people who are for Bernie don't have a job or a good job so they're not afraid of that factor.

Which I do think is still a genuine fear most people do have, I do think people are really scared of losing their job if anything changes.

I even suspect that'll be Biden's main argument he'll use as a desperate attempt to seem like the safest choice for working class families.

It's just another way to spin the discussion. We already have socialism for the rich, why not instead turn it around into socialism for the working class is the point.
