Do you get to play Rebecca all the time? From the gameplay Ive seen, Im crushing hard on her. Apparently the Switch version is pretty well done. Ive never played any of the other RE games before, is this a good starting point?

not really. id only really recommend it if youve played the others and are dying for more old school style RE. its one of the more difficult and divisive entries in the series. start with RE1 remake.

I mean, I didnt think it was as bad as everyone said it would be. Id give it at least one play thru tbqh.

yes you can play as rebecca almost the entire game. you can switch between rebecca and billy at anytime and there are a couple times where you need to use rebecca and a couple times you need to use billy.

the bosses typically can only be fought with 1 of the 2 and the puzzle to unlock the boss fight is what decides who fights the boss.

if you want an easy game fight the bosses with billy
if you want a challenge fight them as rebecca because her health is super low. a light breeze can put her in the dying state

it bugs me that the final boss has to be fought with billy. rebecca is unplayable during the boss fight but she is doing something crucial to kill it at least

Billy also runs faster and I think he can score headshots easier.

RE0 is decent for a playthrough. It has grown on me, but it is definitely among the bottom for classic REs.

it's perfect. the cumbersome inventory system won't feel as cumbersome since it's your first entry and you won't have any of the other games to compare it to.

Its a great game the switch price is a rip off though. This is coming from someone who owns RE0 on the GC, Wii, PS4,PC, and Xbox one

Theres only two sections with them lol
