Something that suppresses appetite would be good, but I can't think of anything off the top of my head. EC/sometimes A is still a gold standard depending on the availability of ephedrine in your country. Here in Canada you can easily buy ephedrine hcl pretty much anywhere. In the States I think you need to try to get pseudoephedrine from behind the counter in a pharmacy. It's used for cold/allergy medicine typically. Caffeine pills should be easily available anywhere, and the last ingredient (though it's not needed at all/has fallen out of favour) is just low dose aspirin. When it is something like cat and hat (sometimes) I can notice it. However when it is something like bill and pill I don't. And no, no one came off rude.
