Fight club was a better movie than Chuck Palahniuk's novel, but the adaptation took some creative differences, especially with the ending.

Jurassic Park was a great movie too. The movie wasn't that accurate of an adaptation of the book. (Scenes from the 2nd and 3rd movie are both borrowed from the first book as well).

The Lord of the Rings film trilogy. Which is ironic because the Hobbit was one of the worst mainstream adaptations ever...
