It's insane to think Trump isn't going to be influenced by the plethora of war hawks he's surrounded himself with and they will inevitably lead us into new military confrontation. Especially as we head into 2020 and Trump gets convinced that being a wartime President will spike his approval ratings. The man doesn't have a set political ideology, he is on record saying we should have "taken the oil" in Iraq, and is buddy-buddy with the major oil provider in the world while on the brink of upping military activity against two other major providers in Venezuela and Iran.
