Here is a more motivating post

I am a male, mid twenties 30-40lbs overweight. I used tinder OKC POF to incredible personal gain. It started out when I was 19, I had tons of failures but right before going back to college met a girl, met up for coffee and hated her. At the end I didn't meet up unless I knew they were willing to have sex on the first date and or come over for sex without meeting first. I learned that women are just as horny as men and probably just as willing to have casual sex however it must be approached with tact. Of course that's a generalization but you know what I mean. The process became boring as it would be the same thing over and over again, rinse and repeat but the outcome was the reward. I don't feel dirty or empty inside, I'm pleased, gave me a whole new outlook on dating, self confidence and now I've had my experience so I don't feel compelled to venture to greener pastures when in a relationship.

Yeah seems like her problem is rushing into things too fast. Good sex needs some sort of prior connection to really happen, or else it's superficial.
