Honestly she's young enough to bounce back to that if she is willing to put in the time and effort. Could honestly probably get pretty close within 3 to 4 months. Having those 3 kids certainly had an affect on her body.

^^nah most women will tell you that after the 2nd or 3rd kid, their body is never the same even if they put in the exercise and diet. Between the stretch marks...loose skin...That's why they often resort to plastic surgery.

Well yeah I doubt she can get back to being exactly what she was before, but she can almost certainly do better than she is doing right now.

She's still cute though.

Did those women breast feed by any chance? I'm thinking about it, and I imagine the body naturally wants to eat more post pregnancy to make milk. That milk is probably a huge calorie drain once released.

I feel like there's no incentive for her to bust her ass to get back to her pre-baby body. She's married to an NBA star...has a family now...is extremely rich. Unless Curry cheats on her and they break up, she's probably extremely content with the way she looks and her lifestyle.

There's a huge media blowup about her recently because she feels bad because guys don't take notice at her anymore.

yes breastfeeding helps women lose weight quickly after giving birth. But not all women do it or want to do it because of how uncomfortable and draining it can be.

That's true. The only real incentive would be if she wanted to increase her own self esteem really. At this point she's taken care of for life regardless of what happens in her marriage.

They're bullshitting.

How many of those women who say this ACTUALLY do the work of exercise and diet?

How come the women who exercise and diet can tell you it's possible, but the women who say it's not possible don't even do the prerequisites?

I honestly doubt that, despite what she says, zero guys take notice of her. It's probably that men of Stephs caliber don't flirt with her, while women of her attractiveness (or better) DO take notice of Steph. That's what's causing her insecurities and there's kind of obvious reasons as to why men don't step to her in that manner.

I could see the stretch marks and loose skin being parts that mainly can't be removed unless some surgery.

I think a lot of it comes down to time and availability. If you're a new mom, at what point can you leave your baby to go to the gym? Your schedule becomes focused on the baby. Also if you're breastfeeding you have to eat yourself in order to be able to to do it. Diet is sometimes out of the question. A lot of women are having C-sections these days as well and that's a serious surgery. My wife had one and she still has sensitivity issues with her stomach almost a year later. She's lost most of the weight but she's still roughly 15 lbs heavier than before getting pregnant. Now in Ayesha's case she has the luxury of being able to pay for a nanny and help. So she can do what she wants. Time is not an issue. I guess it depends on the motivation of the woman.

Ayesha doesn't even look bad now though. It's not like she's fat or anything.

But ya, she was looking fine back in the day

This is true, but they can be overblown.

Loose skin isn't as common from just pregnancy if the woman was in shape before and stayed somewhat active and healthy during and after pregnancy.

Stretch marks? Perhaps.

But most guys don't care about stretch marks it's just something the magazine and cosmetic and women's beauty industries push to make women feel insecure (which it works).

Nobody gives a damn about stretch marks on an attractive and fit body.

Plus there's ways to mitigate that with certain herbal and moisturizing treatments.

At the end of the day a lot of it's excuses.

Diet and get in good physical shape first, before you tell me nothing works or you need surgery.

Many women who do those things are able to have a great physique after multiple kids.

Many women who complain, never got off their ass in the first place.

Obviously c-sections or any other complications are a bit of an exception.

But yeah saying that anyone with a kid has literally "no time" to do anything is a BS excuse. People who say they "don't have time" for something like exercise are saying "I'm not willing to make time to do this"

People make time for what's important to them. An adult with kids not having 30 minutes of time to themselves is bullshit.

If you want to do something, you'll make time to do it.
