1. Like what Jagermeister513 said, relaunches doesn't automatically reset the timeline or whatever. Take Champions for example. The relaunch took place mere months (the comic timeline) after the last series ended at issue 24 or 25.
2. The main problem is that the message comes off as super preachy and/or poorly told. When combined with a crappy story it's even worse.
3. Riri Williams, America Chavez, Kate Bishop, the current gay version of Iceman, the Totally Awesome Hulk version of Amadeus Cho, Silk, Moon girl, Nadia Pym are some of the examples.
4. One More Day, Marvel Legacy, Marvel Generations, both Nadia Pym's solo series and her current run, the god awful America Chavez solo series written by Gabby Rivera, both Domino series and Domino: Hotshots written by Gail Simon, both Iceman series written by Sina Grace, most of the shit written by Bendis in the last 5 to 10 years, Aubry Sitterson's G.I. Joe run, some of the stuff written by Mathew Rosenberg like Uncanny X-Men #17, She-Hulk solo by Mariko Tomaki, Man-Eaters, just about everything from the Vertigo relaunch are some examples.
5. Where were you when:

- Mags Visaggio and Mechelle Perez false flagging videos and making posts about wishing straight people were beating with baseball bats and American soldiers would die?
- Aubrey Sitterson posted that people outside of New York shouldn't mourn 9/11?
- Robbie Rodriquez posted an uncensored pic of his own butthole to Ethan Van Schiver?
- Mark Waid forcing Antarctic Press to cancel publishing Richard C. Meyers's comic book Jawbreakers which led to him being sued? Plus the idiot stupidly snitched on himself.
- Eric Esquivel being accused of harassment which led to Bordertown being cancelled and him fired?
- Dan Slott referring to some fans as pixels?
6. Since when is teen Bobby Drake being force to come out after teen Jean Gray mind his mind without permission and kept bugging him about it character development? Same for She-Hulk being turned into a dumb, super swole brute with anger issues, everything that went down in One More Day for Peter, and Gwen Stacy fucking Norman Osborne.

EDIT: For #4, I forgot to mention Civil War 2 which ruined Carol Danvers in the eyes of many comic fans. For #6, what I meant to add was not all character development is good. Another example I should to that is Carol Danvers being biologically half-Kree due to her mother and she would get her powers regardless.
