There are reports of people not being able to get orb rewards, claim rewards, freezes during raids/wars, purchases using credits/cores not registering...this is the kinda shit that can make people quit tbh. I'm not sure what's going on with current recruitment. But we pretty much don't care too much about power levels. As long as people are active daily, contributing raid tickets, doing the donation (a day or two missed isn't a big deal), and communicate if there's going to be a longer absence then it's fine. It's pretty casual.
