yeah it can only be done in public rooms it doesn't count for private rooms so normally you would need to try to get 8 people to fill up a room

Good thing/Too bad XI never had a trophy-enabled release. Then that goal would now be literally impossible for anyone new to achieve! (There were achievements on 360 but with the shutdown of all console versions of that game they became unobtainable.)
