Doesn't have to be your favorite overall, but which ending had you the most excited?

For me it's Back to the Future II. Everything after the Delorean getting hit by lightning just hits on every level for me. The mysterious car pulling up with the letter and the Western Union dude's remark about losing his bet, Marty confusing the hell out of the guy by yelling "He's alive! The Doc's alive! He's in the old west but he's alive!"
Then the music swells and we revisit the exact point the first movie ended but from a completely different perspective...I just think it's really clever and exciting and pumps up the excitement for the next part.

I like films with twist endings. Ones where they've often cleverly set it up so that if you don't see the twist coming you'll want to go back and watch the film again. Shutter Island is a good example, although the twist was made a bit too obvious in that case.
