I don't necessarily need an hour figure, because that's honestly different for everybody. I more mean stylistically -- is it like an Uncharted, Last of Us, Tomb Raider straight-ahead kind of story with optional detours, an Arkham City/Knight, Shadow of Mordor-style world where it's open but still finite enough that accomplishing everything is feasible/reasonable, or a Skyrim, BotW, Witcher, Assassin's Creed style thing where you'll never see the bottom unless you play for ages?

25-35 hours for 100% completion. More Arkham style, particularly with some of the collectibles.

Probably more in the Arkham City style of things

The game is fairly linear but you can venture off the beaten path and do side quests and stuff like that.

Okay, cool. I'm finding lately that Arkham-sized things are kind of right in a sweet spot for me -- enough optional content and openness to feel like I'm in control to go above and beyond if I'd like, but not so daunting that it's just some bottomless pit of possibility. I tend to get paralyzed a bit in those.

100%ing games is something I enjoy, and there's always a little cognitive dissonance when I play something like Skyrim and know from the moment I boot it up for the first time that I will never feasibly see all there is to see.
