Oh thanks I thought it was all the exercise I was doing that was keeping me healthy, guess I don't need to do that anymore

I've been getting into the habit of exercising and eating better lately. I've actually been seeing very slight development here and there. I'm kind of proud of myself for once.

It's funny because when you turn 30 and you're not fat they seem to continue to think you've just been lucky and boil it down to genetics/magic.

I thought you said exercise didn't matter that much and it was food intake that mattered more because with CICO, people take in a lot of calories.

They almost always know why. They just would rather believe that attaining a good figure is unattainable magic because it's easier to believe in magical genetic advantages than it is to believe the truth- which is they are lazy and incapable of moderation at the cost of their own health.. but whatever.

This. You ever have a friend who is like 6 foot and 130 pounds? They'll tell you they eat a lot but just have a fast metabolism, but if you spend a day with them you'll see they eat like one meal a day.

Health class in high school needs to be mandatory, and it needs to require students to track their calories. We're talking about fueling the human body and most people are winging it and wondering why they're tired or don't have energy. Imagine not having a fuel gage, putting a random amount of gas into your car, then wondering why the car stops working halfway through your drive to work.

My sister is a perfect example of this. She eats about 1000 calories a day, works at a distribution center that has her walking about ten miles a day, then wonders why she's so skinny and tired all the time.

I don't know about metabolism. But I DO know that my eating habits in public look similar to everyone else's. The only thing that people don't realize is that I exercise (sort of) and I don't eat very much when i'm not in public.

So to everyone you have a dude that exercises maybe 3 times a week, and will gobble down chipotle or w/e nonsense can be acquired at downtown chicago. But remains thin. They don't know that I don't eat at home (because I'm not hungry). So it looks like I eat as much as everyone else and stay thin.

honestly i bet if you tracked your caloric expenditure and intake every day you wouldn't find that you have some magical deviation from the norm. if you did you'd probably want to see a doctor.

understandable, i used to only eat one meal a day so i'd get this a lot when i'd eat out for dinner with people (and get something big), basically.

...and we all look for a pill to solve all our problems with weight.

And it's all thanks to revolutionary breakthroughs in medical science that brought you... BLADENZA.

Bladenza is proven to work*, and gives significant results* when compared to the leading brand*. Bladenza is approved by 10* out of 10 doctors* and guarantees* results in your first week* or your money back*.

*Bladenza not actually proven to work.
*Bladenza not actually shown to provide results.
*Bladenza not actually compared to leading brands.
*Bladenza only reviewed by four people.
*None of those four people were doctors.
*Bladenza doesn't guarantee anything.
*Bladenza won't do anything in your first week or your fifth. In fact it won't do anything at all.
*You might get your money back, but it's going to be a fucking fight, boy let me tell you what.
We're actually banking on the fact that you'll give up on that as fast as you give up on yourself.

I've shed over a hundred pounds this last year and there was no pill, there was no miracle, there was no trick to boost my metabolism. I had to actually sit down and evaluate my eating habits (which were horrible) and get decent exercise. I didn't do anything crazy. One hour in the gym on alternating days four days a week, half hour to cardio, half hour to weights. I stopped eating portions for three people.

Bam. That's literally all it took, but people can't do it because they refuse to admit they're the problem.

Nah yeah, you and the other peeps claiming that are probably eating nowhere near as much food as you think you are. That's much more likely.
