With the snap of a finger, they can instantly fix, repair, renovate, etc. anything, no matter how big or small, simple or complex.

How should this person price themselves? As they require no more effort than a snap of a finger to do their jobs, should they charge the same flat rate no matter what the job is? Or should they adjust their prices depending on what it is they are being commissioned to fix?
