So in their minds they probably think it's what's best for business. Obviously it's done some damage in the long-term, though. It's like how all the old school guys say not to hotshot for too long and that you need to pull back and get a little average sometimes. That whole process has basically played out with the extended promos. They get a slight ratings boost from them but they don't know when to pull back, so it just gets old and people stop watching. Most of the roster is full of millenniums who are more introverted and aren't that good with connecting with the crowd. WWE is also to blame since they don't give many people a chance to be good on the mic. Kevin Owens is one of the better people on the mic.
