No magic, no weapons or armor, and only strikes (including but not necessarily limited to punches) imo. ...Yeah, fair Considering that if we keep the rest of the SPO ruleset the targeted merc can win by stalling instead of having to straight up beat Mac, and buffs/heals/debuffs are still go, I think that seems like the right middle ground between Mac winning against everyone for free and him losing to any random 2/week.
