Andy was always pretty bad as I recall: Suck up Anger problems Competitive over an inter office romance Just outright annoying about acapella and Cornell Leaving the office and his girlfriend for some sailboat dream he never mentioned before I suppose it could be argued about redeeming himself for Erin before setting sail, Id have to rewatch it. As I recall he went to Florida and changed her life plan in the name of love or something. Of course this is a comedy sitcom and Im clearly taking it way too seriously. Early Andy was annoying, but when he becomes manager he actually spends a couple seasons being really likeable and earnest. After Michael Scott left, he was honestly the highlight of the show until the last season and a half where he just goes back to being a selfish petty asshole. --- "History Is Much Like An Endless Waltz.
