Current Events > so i work with 2nd graders, and the other day they were doing something weird.

i was watching them during recess/playtime after school. there were only about 3 girls left and like 9 boys left.

one girl would stand behind the other 2 girls that were holding a jacket, so it was kinda like a curtain. the 9 boys were all standing together and watching them.

then the 2 girls would drop the jacket, and the girl behind the jacket would do a cute pose, like a hair flip or blow a kiss or something. then the boys would all scream and run away.

they did this like 3 times.

what would you have done if you were the adult watching this behavior? remember, they're about 7 to 8 years old.

i told her to stop.
