It is so much more and different from regular USSJ without losing speed. Going "Ultra" isn't even exclusive to SSJ as Muten Roshi did it all the time. Ultra is just maximizing your strength in favor of losing speed. Brolly's LLSJ form is that his power/ki grows drastically by the second non-stopping. He has unlimited energy(like the Androids). Also, the LSSJ is inherently evil, insane and seeks nothing but destruction(not so sure about the new Brolly, though). Thoughts? Comments? Opinions? --- Don't like it? Don't watch it.
