lived here. I have left them outside for the dipshit to pick up, but they are still there. Im not going to steal them. But Im also not required to find the person. What would you do? Its been almost a week.

Did you at least contact the delivery company about the situation? If not, you're the one being a dipshit. Delivery drivers aren't psychic.

This is why I left them out. They must see what address they were sent to on their end.

Maybe. I mean it's possible the packages didn't have tracking information, or maybe somebody else ordered the stuff. Who knows?

If it says your address but the person doesnt live there youre supposed to return to sender and write not here by the addressee name.

Ive only had to return to sender twice so far. Once by DHL and once by USPS. The DHL guy was incompetent or lazy, or both, and didnt pick it up twice so I left it by the dumpster after that. I let them know it was there if they wanted to try a third time but Im pretty sure they didnt take me up on that offer. USPS took theirs like a champ, no problem.

Got a letter yesterday for a guy I had gotten several letters for a few years ago, from the Child Support Recovery Unit, this latest one is from a women's shelter. I guess they are still chasing the guy for child support. I just strike through the name and write "not at this address" or "no such person" and put them back in the mail.

You don't live in Oregon do ya? I'd get in touch with the shipper and tell them about the mistake. Several years ago won a Saturn lot on Ebay just before the holidays. Waited a while and watched the tracking as it got to my area, where it sat for a time before it ended up all the way across the country. Couldn't begin to explain how or why. Luckily the sender found out where it went, had it sent back and reboxed (some asswipe dropped it and broke a lot of cases), then got it to me a month or so later.
