She is SO goddamn rough with it. And the dog isnt even like a medium sized thing, its a little Morkie that weighs less than 5 pounds. And she throws him around and hugs him like hes some sort of rag doll.

And everyones acting like Im the unreasonable one when I tell my 5 year old niece not to throw her entire fucking weight on the puppy. 5 times in 5 minutes.

And no amount of me calmly explaining to her that she can very easily kill the dog seems to work. So of course I get mad and yell and tell my niece to knock it off.

She JUST fucking grabbed him so hard that he squealed. And she kept holding onto him anyway.

Time to take the dog away from her otherwise it'll end up dead probably. If that doesn't work then call PETA quick.

Its my dog too. I live with them.

No matter what I do, my niece doesnt understand that you need to be gentle with things smaller than you. And shes a strong, solid kid who cant control her strength.

Well, eventually that dog's either gonna bite her or get hurt. As the owner it is your responsibility to step in and make sure neither of those happen.

And if it bites her, might as well kiss it goodbye.

She is 5? Where are her parents?I'm surprised the dog hasn't bit her yet. She sounds too immature to be left alone with a pet and it doesn't seem she has had much....guidance in the parenting dept.
