It had a rating scale between 1-5 and there were like 5 different categories. I'll probably butcher them, but they were something like sound/controls/graphics/replay/fun factor.

Each scoring number had a face to represent the number. A 5 out 5 was some dude with his eyes bugged out and an expression like his mind was blown.

Anyone remember this and what magazine it was from?
