I have huge, elaborate ones in one of my eyes. They look like little cells and coil and move around constantly. They don't bother me at all anymore, completely used to them.

Every now and then I get massive, bright floaters that completely blot out my vision unless I angle my eye just right. They give me the worst headaches, but I haven't had any in a while, so I'm hoping the phase is done.

You need to go see an opthalmologist. Floaters and flashes, especially recent/new ones, can be pretty serious. Can lead to retinal detachment which can lead to vision loss. I wouldn't mess around with it. I work in an opthalmologist office.

It's been 3 months probably with my first floater and I'm still not used to it.

Dark mode on everything helps when at the computer though because my floater is dark.
