Self diagnosed of course. I hate going to the doctor but I constantly think there is something wrong with me.

I started to feel a pain in my neck. I probably slept wrong or something but to me this is the symptom of some rare disease that cannot be treated and I have weeks to live. The pain spreads to behind my ears. I can't turn my head left or right. I have head aches. I have a lump in my throat. My hands and feet are tingling.

Then the chest pains start. I lie down and my heart seems to be beating normally. But is it?

Tinnitus comes next. There's a ringing in my ear. That's normal for people with stress, but mine is in my left ear. O god I have a brain tumor.

Every time I eat, I am in the bathroom 10s later relieving myself. O god I have Cohn's disease.

My stomach, my head, my hands and feet......

I go to google and google the symptoms of stress. I hit 9/10. I calm down. My symptoms go away 100% within hours.

The human brain is crazy.
