You're talking to this guy:

Did he report on what Musk told the guy who fetched the engineer? Nope.

Did he report on what the guy who fetched the engineer told the engineer? Nope.

Did he report on what the machine was doing that made Musk so angry? Nope.

Theoretically, whistles and emergency lights could been going off and the engineer is like "whatever could be the matter mr.musk!"

Conveniently, the reporter leaves these contextual details out.

Do you think none of these things matter?
What if the engineer was told exactly what Musk had an issue with by the person who fetched him? To you that detail is not important?

Well there are a lot of people that say the N word that aren't racist. It is how you use it and how you feel about people of different races, and your view on race. Saying a slur one time doesn't make sure a racist. It doesn't work like that.

didn't say it did, but there is context that you keep hearing people say a word and get mad and feel like retaliating

there is a difference to getting mad at a random black dude and calling him the n word in hate (totally racist)

and

hearing a 12 year old consistently call you the n word (who likely is white), and then you get mad and repeat it
