Can you walk around in public? Yes.

Can you walk around in someone else's property, a protected place or a country you're not a citizen of and have been given no right to be there? No.

Seems like a good spell if your party is encountering difficult terrain or enemies that can paralyze you.

Better yet, just get a pair of boots with the "Freedom of Movement" property. That will free up a spell slot or reduce your dependency on party members.

You have to break an item with that enchantment to learn it first and that shit is super rare. You will more likely find a +2 fire damage 1000 times before the RNG gods give you it.

This is what I meant by freedom of movement;

Freedom of movement allows citizens of the European Union (EU) to move to, live in, and in certain circumstances access the welfare system of the EU country to which they have moved. Freedom of movement is one of the founding principles of the EU.

I totally agree with this. I don't see that anybody should have more or less right to live in a country simply because of where they happened to be born.

If you've been convicted and served your time, I don't see the issue in the majority of cases.

Would you agree with it on a world scale or a CAN-NZ-UK/Commonwealth scale?

I can't think of any reason for being against it on a global scale.

Sure. It's not necessarily something you'd cast every session, but a 4th level spell that gives you or an ally complete immunity to anything that would limit your mobility is no joke. I prepare it all the time when I play a cleric, and there are several times it's saved someone's ass.
