Like, you couldve just watched the video and learned something, but instead you comment Gen Z jargon for likes. And why am I sitting here thinking about this? Facebook makes stupidity in our nation so goddamn transparent that its no wonder Im misanthropic.

I just learned to accept that a lot of my thoughts are a waste of time. And Im just gonna enjoy them for what they are instead of beat myself up about the uselessness. Using you're entire mind productively is an unrealistic goal.

I just mean people will always have moments they can't focus as much as they want to. But beating yourself up about it is counterproductive. Just try the best you can and accept that your best isn't gonna be top notch. Of course if you give into it as much as I do you'll probably become super absent minded like me. Honestly most the shit you said in OP went over my head. So Im more so speaking in general.
