This is different. Like, do you have to have things a very specific way. Which would maybe be an inconvience to workers. Like, I try not to be. But at the same time, I know what I like. For example, if I like extra cheese in my burrito bowl at Chipotle, but they would have to open a new pan right before they close, I wont do something shitty like make them open it as long as I had some cheese. If Im making like theee burrito bowls for friend and myself or something, and none of us have cheese, I might have to let them open it at that point. What about you guys?

Not really. I won't eat at any proper/traditional Thai restaurants.

One thing I won't order is steaks because nobody ever gets those right. Even if you ask for blue rare it'll come out burnt somehow.

I do modify food at places like Earls, but for no reason other than I like adding bacon and BBQ sauce to the Cajun chicken sandwich.

Can't say I am. I normally jumt take things how they are on the menu and that's it. I don't eat at restaurants much though.

I'm probably the polar opposite of picky. The food would probably have to be spoiled, burnt, overly seasoned, etc. for me to complain. Back in college, I finished an eggplant dish that had way too much salt in it. So much salt that it was supersaturated and I felt all the grains. I shoulda stopped eating it but I simply hate wasting food.
