Objective, unbiased analysis of each case on an individual basis. If a millionaire steals, he gets jail time. If a homeless person steals, he gets jail time. No more should our country be plagued by relativism.

Human beings are not individually drive though. Most of us form groups and fight each other for said groups. It's a nice theory but it's not reality.

Human's lose their greatest strength by committing to individualism. That is why a capitalist society with incentive to have more than others leads to so much heartache and depression.

You underestimate the amount of individuals. It's probably only about 30% of people who are group minded.

Relativism prevents people from seeing the truth. People can just say thats what I believe and in a relativistic society, people are forced to accept it instead of finding the truth.

Why would it be sociopathic to favor true equality?

I think you're trying to say something entirely different than the jargon you use.

You want to say true fairness is exact and equal treatment. Of course, there's obvious reasons why this isn't true. But i think that's all you're trying to say.

Fair treatment is individualism. Its ensuring that no one is above the law. Everyone is judged on their merits, not through some disruptive scoring system.

The opposite of individualism is collectivism, not relativism. The opposite of relativism is absolutism.

That word; I'm not sure it means what you think it means

It's utopian if you asked me.

TC seems to neglect motive entirely.

A driver that killed someone trying to evade another accident is the same as a person who murders in cold blood. A death is a death after all.

Sounds similar to centrist thinking. I wonder if "classical liberalism" will be mentioned here next.

a nice thought, but ideals that don't take reality and human nature into consideration are naive at best.

most people acknowledge the strength of groups. you could be the only anime fan in a group of friends who make fun of anime. find you a group that are anime enthusiasts, you're probably gonna be able to open even more doors of opportunity. like going to conventions with said group. or having backup when you're being picked on for it.

unfortunately not everybody has the integrity to check their own people even when they disagree. you get things like "blue wall of silence" and shit.

If that was the case, it'd be super easy to game the system. A millionaire could easily manipulate the system so that people without his advantages would be forced into disadvantegous situations to advantage themselves.

I'm not sure who you're talking to but the rich already do that except they benefit each other at the expense of society.
