AKA The 999 games...

999 - First game in the series. Really fun and got me interested in the series. Not many endings. And the final ending was hard to get because of all the stuff you had to do to get it. Sort of... Still, lots of fun.

Virtues Last Reward - Second game. Like the flow chart they added. Also, way more endings. Lots of surprises. Notes section was nice, but not enough room. Haha. And cool how they forced you into 3 person groups, so you got more interaction with each person on a little more personal note. The A-B system was cool, too. Even though it hurt to Betray.

One thing I thought was cool was when I betrayed Alice (because inusually betray first so I can be nice later), she had choose ally me and was mad. Then, when I choose ally, she choose betray. When my character asked why, she said because you did it last time. Even though it was the first time we voted. Showing that they are remembering things. I thought that was pretty cool...

Zero Time Dilemma - Last game in the series. Wasnt even sure it would come out. But definitely excited it did. Was cool to see characters and things from other games. And how certain things came to be. Like Sigma losing arm and such. Also, liked how you just choose what part to go to. Kind of weird, but works. Couldve been better. But I still loved it and had loads of fun. I think there are still a few things I want answers to, though.

Maybe more later.

Another thing it the series was made by the same group that made Danganronpa, which is another game I liked a lot...

What are your thoughts on the games?

I liked the ending for the last one (DC Douglas voice helps too). You know. The coin flip. I won it first time too lol. Didn't like how Junpei changed though.

I liked Danganronpa more overall though.

Last one felt like it wouldve been really good if it was not the final entry in the series

Virtues Last Reward is still the strongest in the series imo. It really hooked you once you start uncovering everyones role. Way more than 999 or Zero Escape

I did, too. Afterwards, I was like Guess I beat the game... Haha. But I wasnt a big fan of him changing, as well...

I think I did like Danganronpa more, too...

I do feel that it was probably the best entry. I mean, I liked them all. But there was so much to the second game...

I have only played VLR since the first game is too expensive, and I don't really want to play the last one before it.

You can get a cheap deal on steam probably. Maybe the game is cheaper at either Gamestop or Amazon if you want the DS version. But if you are ok with the PC version, try steam. Had the trilogy for cheap not too long ago. Maybe again...

It's also on PS4 and Vita. I have the trilogy on DS/3DS, and picked up The Nonary Games on PS4 because it has voice acting for 999.

Yep. I think the steam one has voice, as well. SC does like to put stuff on Sony systems...
