I like to go to bed at 9:30 and wake up at 6:30. Would you say that 9:30 is too early of a bedtime for me? If so, what would be a better bedtime?

Maybe bump it up to 10:30 and you still get the recommended 8 hours of sleep.

With adequate sleep (not too little or too much), as long as you're just as productive during the day, I don't think it matters.
