I dont know either way. Its just a thought.

If I knew someone called Matthew who said they were gender fluid, Id be using masculine labels for Matthew as the name is associated with being a male name.

I would think that when people who are gender fluid break free from their past life as being assigned one gender or the other, they would choose a name for themselves that isnt gender specific. But I dont know.
