Holy shit they basically use Excel like a child uses Windows Paint. Seriously, I'm not even great with Excel but at least I can do basic formulas, pivot tables, etc. I'm so glad I'll be leaving in a few weeks lol

My advice to anyone who is looking for a job: learn Excel and apply to a call center. You'll see heads roll in order for a job to open up for you.

I taught one guy how to use it as a fucking calculator and he looked at me like I changed his life. The guy was doing the math with his computer calculator on numbers that were already in a spreadsheet to add up columns. I can't imagine how much time he wasted.

Exactly. Im done helping people though. I've had to straight up deny people help so many times today. Im not even great but I know for sure that i don't want to be the office's "Excel Guy".

Yeah this is the source of like 90% of my Excel expertise. It's not that difficult, some people are just legitimately incompetent/stupid when it comes to tech.
