The amount of clones you can use is based on your physical health/strength(body) and your knowledge/wisdom/willpower(spirit)

There is a limit to how many maximum and it takes energy to make one. When dispelled some of the energy returns but some is lost.

You gain all the knowledge/experiences/memories from that clone once it dispels. It dispels from you willing it or from taking a sufficent enough injury or blow. Getting smacked , static shocked or stubbing your toe is fine but getting shanked, a strong punch, etc. will dispel

If you make too many at once you can die.
