That said, eliminating (or at least sharply reducing) single-use plastic straws is pretty easy and would have a non-zero impact, so we might as well make an effort hop on board instead of dismissing it as not being the most significant issue. Think there was a plastic they made that degrades after like 30 or 60 days. No fucking clue why we ain't funding that. Probably cause it used hemp if I recall. Or canibis oil I forget. I'd want to see if it could be tweaked to see if it could be made to last a little longer though.
