My doc got me good before my transplant.

Doc: How you feeling?
Me: Pretty good.
Doc: If you were feeling fine, you wouldn't be seeing me.

I wouldn't call it completely unmanaged.

Taking metformin, at least.

You missed hypothyroidism.

If it's anything like my case, he isn't and the doctors never updated the med list to take him off drugs he's not on.

I was thinking that because I was on Spironolactone and Furosemide at the same time until my cardiologist changed Furosemide to Torsemide and they took me off Spironolactone altogether.

Isn't Sprinonolactone potassium saving diuretic? I've seen that been used together with loop-diuretics like furosimide sometimes because they needed to save up some potassium. I'm forgetting the stuff I studied in nursing uni so I'm not sure.

HFrEF, T2DM, hypothyroidism, hyperlipidemia.

HCTZ and Lasix? Can sub out the HCTZ and replace with metolazone if the patient needs more diuresis.

Oh, and amiodarone so they have some kind of arrhythmia.
