I want to get a RTX 2070. Currently have a 1060 6gb but just bought a 2k monitor and I doubt the 1060 can truly get the best use out of the monitor. Also need to upgrade my ram, currently only 8gb. My cpu should be good for a while though (i7 7700).

That's definitely a pretty solid price. Less than I paid for my current rig a year ago.
