To make any changes to emails you would have to do it from the Exchange Server and a lot of times changes are done via PowerShell/Azure AD/Management Shell. You have to use these fucking commands that don't work more than half the time. Gonna deal with this but gonna demand a raise for this shit.

It's mostly 365 that sucks shit. My company is switching to it and it's a pain in the ass. I'm just waiting for the day when someone important loses data and not give a single fuck because I warned them all.

On the other hand, I get Office 365 through my work, so no need to get a personal subscription.

We did that for a year, fortunately we are pretty much completely migrated to Office 365 for backend administration now.

Our sync periods between Exchange servers and Office 365 used to be like 4 hours, now everything happens in cloud-based Exchange Administration and the syncs are every 30 minutes. So much easier to deal with.
