It's easy for me to stealth long range with bows in The Elder Scrolls, which has a big focus on melee combat. Meanwhile, even when I'm using the few silenced weapons in Fallout, stealth is way harder. Anyone else feel this way?

Like, I can use a bow to kill an entire area in Elder Scrolls without being spotted, but in Fallout I've found that I'm lucky to get two of them before everyone in the area knows exactly where I am.
