In my personal experience a hemorrhoid looked way different. And it feels different. It's sensitive but doesn't have some the extra sensations a hemorrhoid had. As someone who constantly sees Doctors Ive always felt people cry wolf way more than necessary. Ive had so many symptoms just go away on their own. If it's been longer than a week it would probably be more reasonable. My hemorrhoid lasted more than a week and I could visually see it easily, but it just went away. I had to take a plane flight with it cause I wanted to be close to my doctor just in case it got worse.
