What's the best thing to do next? Should I avoid the patent office at first?

Fossil fuel industry would be jelly, right? Would shadow government make up some false charges and raid my garage?

Definitely would not trust my government on the matter!

Actually, some kid did make a nuclear reactor in his garage from Americium in smoke detectors.

He died... from alcoholism.

He reported it to the government because it got out of control, it took them 3 months to get around to cleaning it.
