I have 4 herniated disks in my lumbar area of the spine. It's made life a living hell for almost 6 months. Back at home in the US they wanted to fuse my back. I absolutely did not want that as it stops spinal mobility and wears out the nearest vertebrae much faster. I am in Spain at one of the top private internet hospitals.
Honestly, it has blown my mind how much more ahead they are in technology and methods than back home in the US. It's fortunate that I can afford to payout of pocket, but I understand why people get addicted to prescription medications when they don't have an alternative. A lot of famous people have had procedures here apparently. Shakira, Ronaldo, and Messi. Wish me luck! --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

I injured my back squatting a year ago. I'm sure I did major damage but I rehabbed with light squatting and deadlifting and I'm almost back to my all time records on lifts
