Louis Klemp, a White County Official Republican in Kansas has Resigned from his job after public pressure following a comment he made to a black county official at a meeting when he said he was part of the MASTER RACE!!

He said in a leter that the remark was "well meaning" and not "racially motivated"

He cited the master race, a nazi ideology of aryan supremacy last week while responding to a presentation by a black official, Triveece Penelton.

He as appointed to fill a Republican vancy in the county just west of Kansas and claims he was identifying a similarity in their appearance, noting both have a space between their TEETH!!

Penelton said his comment was "unbelievably inappropriate" as Kansas Gov. Jeff Colyer was among those who demanded he resigned.

Klemp said in that room "I don't want you think i'm picking on you because we're part of the master race. You have a gap in your teeth. We are part of the master race, don't you forget that". He said that after criticizing land use options she presented to the commission.

His family members deflected his characterizations that he may be racist and said he loved his community who spent years coaching and volunteering witht he community and local taxpayers.

The ACLU said "Mr Klemp has a First Amendment right to express himself, just as his community has a right to hold him accountable to his toxic words and the ideas behind it"

Mark Loughry tried to explain Klemp's words and said "Commissioner Klemp has a gap in his front teeth and so did the person presenting to the Commission on Tuesday. On several occasions over the past year Mr. Klemp has made reference that those with a gap in their front teeth are members of the master race"

This isn't the first time he's come into controversy as he ran unsuccessfully as Governor and suggested Confederate Degenerate, Robert E. Lee be HONOURED and said he was a "wonderful part of history" and said George Washington should get his own holiday because he was a SLAVE OWNER

Yeah, another thing I read says he's referred to this joke before. Gaped teeth and everything, so I'm inclined to believe it's the former.

He wasn't saying he alone was the master race, but both of them. So unless he is blind, he was obviously referencing some kind of shared characteristic. Seeing as people often use things like "PC master race", it's obviously not a phrase 100% connected to nazism. It's not a phrase one should use in normal discourse, but it's not something people should have freaked out about unless he started stuttering while using a bunch of nazi puns.

No such thing as a superior race, just superior/more advance cultures.
