Told my boss. Now she wants to give me a huge raise to keep me. And the other employer found out (same company) so now she's freaking out too. I havent even fucking interviewed yet and I'm being fought over lol this is gonna make negotiations fun. Anyone experience anything like this before? Its kinda nice.
