I can eat about two plates of meats (usually seafood, beef or chicken) and starches (potatoes) and then 1 plate for dessert (fruit and ice cream.)

Generally about a plate's worth.

Buffets aren't usually a good deal for me (unless theres some sort of discount/special) since I don't eat much.

Last time I had a buffet it was the lunch at MGM Grand.

Plate 1: Prime rib, mashed potatoes, green beans and 3 rolls.

Plate 2: Stir fry and rice, 3 slices of pizza, 4 taquitos with Guacamole and sour cream

Plate 3: Pineapple, onion rings and chicken fingers.

Plate 4: All Star Plate - Pizza, Prime Rib and onion rings

Desert: 2 Cheesecake cups, slice of key lime pie and bread pudding with ice cream.

I also paid for the unlimited beer and wine and drank 7 beers and 2 glasses of red wine.
