Baking scones, but I'm kinda experimenting. Not sure if it's turning out well. We'll see.

Instead of milk, I try with sour creme that was like a week past it's date but it tasted fine. Also used 1/4th of corn flour in it just to try.

I put some orange marmalade on top and this is just to good! The sour creme made these so good.

Now I have 3 scones left. Any good ways to preserve these for tomorrow? Maybe I can pop them in the oven for few minutes to get that crispy crust again

I stored them wrapped in paper towels in a plastic container. Then popped them in them in the over for few minutes, pretty much almost like freshly baked.

Also, it feels good to take care of food. The sour cream was expired if you looked at the date. It was a bit clumpy but it tasted fine.

I wanna try to throw away as little as possible.
