The senate and supreme court are under his control and as of the moment, so is the justice department and above all else even if they weren't there would have to be enough republicans in congress and the senate to move to impeach him and even then he woud have to be brough before the supreme court and found guilty and even then just because he's impeached doesn't mean he wouldn't be president anymore, basically Trump is untouchable, he could kill someone one on camera in front of the entire country and not have an legal consequences for it because the government was practically built around shielding the president from any and all crimes, remember, despite all he did, Nixon never spent a single minute in a jail cell, he resigned because he thought he republican friends would actually try to lock him up and to his surprise and relief he was pardoned, his position was filled by a republican anyway and he got to live his life as he pleased.
