Fish, shrimp, oysters, clams, crab, lobster, whatever

And, and I would eat some veggies as well. Greens

Any advice on what to get and how to cook it? Fish is my least favorite sea food unless I can get boneless. Those small bones freak me out

Boil some bay scallops, calamari and shrimp (cut it into bits once its cooked)

Dice up cucumber, onion, and celery really small

Mix it all together with some garlic/lemon dressing

Add pepper and salt

Sea Bass, Orange Crappie, Salmon, Grouper are top tier fish. I never met a crab I didn't like, but you can't go wrong with dungeness or snow crab.

Crawfish are surprisingly excellent for more of a Southern American flavor

I cook most of my fish pan seared with a tbsp of butter, about 4 minutes on each side, then 5 to 9 minutes in the oven on a higher rack on 425 to finish it off. I season with garlic, a bit of old bay, basil, salt, pepper, and sometimes some grated parmesan.

First attempt turned out poorly. Like, it looks okay, but with cooking the cucumbers and the tomatoes, it left a lot of water/juice there and made everything just soggy.

I'll do better next time
