VHS to digital converter.

How do you use that? My VHS doesn't have HDMi and my computer doesn't have the red/white/yellow cords

Never mind, I see them

Thanks

A capture card like device, like Dazzle.

It will connect your VCR to your computer. Then use the program that comes with it to convert the tape to digital.

How does it work? Like, um, do you press play and have to watch the whole 3-4 hour tape while it records on my computer or is it much quicker than that?

Yes, you must watch it. If you leave the room, the capture card will stop working.

tbh I've yet to use mine for this reason. I originally bought it so I could stream console games, but that didn't last long. The answer can probably be found on Youtube.
